I have lived in the area for many years. it is very Conservative . It is a family oriented area. there is lots of focus of the parents on their children’s sports. Personally, I enjoy the hiking and the closeness to the ocean. If you have an alternative lifestyle of any kind you may want to explor other options in Calabasas or Malibu if you can afford it.
